This sounds really warm to me and thatвЂ™s a big plus in my opinion. I have the unpopular opinion that warm pianos sound better than bright pianos. While the interface on this isnвЂ™t the most appealing to look at, itвЂ™s simple to use and you will easily be able to change what you need. The interface is rather simple to navigate as well and you can quickly add effects like reverb. What I really like about this is that they updated to take up less memory and they made it have faster load times.

Just wanted to share my excitement! I have zero affiliation with either company. The Celeste in the demo of the Pianoteq sounds better, less muddy, less biting, and more perfectly balanced in tones than ANY other I've ever played. These last two, and especially the Pianoteq, totally changes this for me! I am SO excited, lol!ДЄs an aside, both The Arturia and the Pianoteq offer more than standard pianos and both have some amazing extra instruments available. I just never felt completely connected to any of the pianos I have, and I have a boatload. I have been struggling to play for the sake of playing for years now. I really REALLY can't believe what a difference this makes. Nothing else comes close to this experience. Here's the thing, as a former player of a real piano and a true lover of playing super softly at times. I've been playing the demo for the last 24 hours and I have to say, I totally agree. In a response to my post about the Arturia, someone else mentioned that Pianoteq was even better. It was night and day compared to every other virtual piano I have ever owned. Omg! Where every other sampled piano has ALWAYs felt like I just couldn't reach notes soft enough, the Arturia Piano totally filled that gap, and all the other gaps in between as far as playing dynamics. The really big deal though, as a lifelong player, was the repsonce. I'm not saying that the tone is my everything tone but there is a decent amount of variety and the tone that IS available, is quite to my liking, especially for cinematic stuff.

Then, because of the sale AND my addiction to all software musical, I bought the Arturia V6 collection. I loved the included Steinway in GPO, then a couple from SampleTekk, EastWest, Soundiron, Native Instruments, More EastWest, Spitfire, etc etc. I can't even tell you how many I own, and I'm always sure upon purchasing the new one, that THIS IS FINALLY what I've been looking for. I left home in about 1988 and basically have never had a piano since. I grew up with a Yamaha baby grand in the house starting at about 11, took a few lessons, but mainly learned on my own.
